In a discussion with HT Lifestyle, Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, the Founder of Akshar Yoga Kendraa, stated, “Yoga enhances circulation, which improves the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the liver and kidneys, thereby facilitating their detoxification functions. Certain yoga postures stimulate the digestive system, promoting the expulsion of waste and toxins from the body.
