Hoshiarpur, February 12 (Punjab khabarnama) : On the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the district administration in an effort to address people’s grievances, problems closer to their homes under the ‘Aap Di Sarkar Aap De Door’ program in the villages and towns of Hoshiarpur. Special camps are being set up in the wards. In this episode, on Monday, Cabinet Minister Bram Shankar Jimpa inspected the camps in Ward No. 13 and 15 in Desh Bhagat College. He said that under this effort of the Punjab government, services are now being provided to the people near their homes. He said that constant monitoring of these camps is being done by Chief Bhagwant Singh Mann. Mayor Surinder Kumar, Chairman City Improvement Trust Harmeet Singh Aulakh, Senior Deputy Mayor Praveen Saini and Deputy Mayor Ranjit Chaudhary were also present with him on this occasion.
Cabinet Minister Jimpa instructed the officials and employees to do their work on the basis of people’s initiative so that people do not have to face any problem. He said that the main goal of organizing these camps is to provide the people with the benefit of the public welfare schemes being run by the Punjab government under one roof near their homes and to listen to the problems of the people and ensure their settlement soon. Comrade Ganga Prasad, Councilor Chandrawati, Councilor Jatinder Kaur, former Councilor Ajit Singh Lucky, Sandeep Chechi, Jaspal Chechi, Kanchan, Shashi Bala, Jai Ram, Mohan Lal Principal Desh Bhagat College, Baljit Kaur, Geeta, Kulwinder Kaur, Meena Apart from Kumari, other dignitaries were also present.
