Punjab Dairy Development Board is providing free dairy training for 2 weeks to unemployed youths/women of Punjab state. Giving information in this regard, Deputy Director Dairy, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Vineet Kaura said that the main objective of this training is to encourage the rural unemployed youth/women to take up dairy profession. The second batch of the year 2024 will be conducted on 29 January 2024 at Dairy Training and Extension Center Chatmali (Ropar) for the candidates of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. For this training, the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 55 years, he should have passed at least fifth class and the trainee should belong to rural area.
A fee of Rs.1000/- will be paid by the General Caste and Rs.750/- by the Scheduled Caste trainees for this training and the training fee will be refunded to the successfully trained trainees.
