Faridkot, April 13 (Punjab Khabarnama) : Under the able patronage of District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Faridkot Mr. Vineet Kumar, District Nodal Officer Sweep-cum-Sub District Education Officer Secondary Faridkot Mr. Pradeep Deora, Assistant District Nodal Officer Jasbir Singh Jassi under the supervision of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 As part of the campaign started to educate the voters to exercise their right to vote, Principal Rajwinder Kaur conducted voter’s pledge in the morning meeting to all the students and school staff at Government Senior Secondary School Golewala today.
On this occasion, school lecturer Bhupinder Kaur told the students about the importance of voting and asked the students who have voted to exercise their right to vote. Other students should go home and motivate their parents, elder brothers and sisters to exercise their right to vote. Principal Rajwinder Kaur also informed the voters above 85 years of age about using the right to vote at home and C-Visal app if they want. In this way, the school headmistress Sarabjit Kaur and art and craft teacher Navneet Kaur conducted a poster making competition for students at Government High School Deviwala.
On this occasion, the posters of Pawandeep Singh Class VIII, Nazia Class X, Meen Kaur Class 10 were announced as the best posters. On this occasion, the head of the school said that under the slogan ‘Ab di bar voting 70 per cent par’, every citizen of the country should use the right to vote on the basis of priority. At Government Senior Secondary School, Rattirori-Dagorumana, under the able leadership of Principal Karanjit Kaur, SS Mistress of the school, Dr. Rajinder Kaur, gave detailed information to the students about the exercise of the right to vote. He said that the voters of every section of the society should exercise their right to vote in the elections to be held on June 1 without fear, fear or greed.
