Actress Surbhi Jyoti, who mainly works in television, is now officially married to Sumit Suri. The actress recently shared dreamy pictures from her wedding ceremony.
In the pictures, the couple can be seen taking iron in the backdrop of Jim Corbett in Uttarakhand. The actress wrote in the caption, “Happy marriage”.
Surbhi, who hails from Jalandhar, Punjab, started her career in regional theater and films. She has also been a radio jockey. She acted in Punjabi language films ‘Ek Kudi Punjab Di’, ‘Roula Pai Gaya’ and ‘Munde Patiala De’ as well as Punjabi television series ‘Akkian To Door Jain Na’ and ‘Kach Ki Wanga’.
She rose to fame after her role as Zoya Farooqui in the romantic drama ‘Qabool Hai’, for which she won several awards. She gained widespread attention after portraying a shape-shifting snake named Bela Sehgal in the supernatural series ‘Naagin 3’.
Earlier, Surbhi’s ‘Kabool Hai’ co-star Karan Singh Grover shared his wishes for the actress ahead of her big day. Karan, who was last seen in ‘Fighter’, also shared a picture of Surbhi’s wedding celebrations, and captioned it, “Congratulations @surbhijyoti and Sumit!
