In a recent video, she shared her daily routine of this hearty meal, saying it played a crucial role throughout her weight loss journey and continues to be her go-to breakfast. Lidia’s recipe involves dicing a whole potato, seasoning it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then air-frying it for 15 minutes. For the eggs, she scrambles 3-4 eggs with tomatoes, onions, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
Lidia explains that she focuses on whole foods and a balanced diet, not counting calories or macros. She maintains that this breakfast is key to both her weight loss and maintaining her lean physique.
