For Liver Disease Patients: If you are dealing with liver issues, it is advisable to limit your ghee intake. Excessive consumption can be harmful and may exacerbate conditions such as fatty liver, jaundice, and gastrointestinal pain. Individuals with liver problems should restrict their ghee consumption in their diet.

Obesity: If you are trying to lose weight, it is best to reduce the amount of ghee in your diet. Although ghee contains conjugated linoleic acid, which can aid in weight loss, it also has a high calorie content. Excessive consumption can contribute to weight gain. A typical person can consume 6 to 8 teaspoons of ghee daily.

Pregnancy: While consuming ghee during pregnancy can be beneficial, excessive intake might lead to digestive issues such as indigestion, bloating, or constipation. Pregnant women often face digestive problems, so it is recommended to consume ghee in moderation. The intake should be limited to what can be easily digested.
