Delhi, January 27, 2025 (Punjab Khabarnama Bureau): The child artist from the film ‘Merikundooru Kunjadu’ and former chairperson of St. Teresa College, Nikita Nair, has passed away. She was 21 years old. Nikita was a student of B.Sc. Psychology. She died during treatment for an illness at a private hospital in Kochi. She was suffering from a rare disease called Wilson’s disease. Nikita Nair was from Karunagappally, Kollam. Due to her illness, she had to undergo two liver transplant surgeries. She passed away a week after the second surgery. She leaves behind her mother Namitha Madhavankuti and father Donny Thomas.
