Chandigarh, December 30, 2024 (Punjab Khabarnama Bureau): Whether it’s a child or an elderly person, neglecting to clean your teeth after eating sweets can lead to infections in your teeth. This can cause entire teeth to decay. In such cases, people often have to visit the dentist and sometimes even get their teeth removed, as the risk of damaging nearby teeth increases.

Even today, you can rely on old remedies passed down by our grandparents to prevent tooth decay. Today, I am sharing a simple home remedy that can help you remove cavities without needing to visit the dentist.

How to Remove Cavities from Teeth

Start by taking onion seeds and placing them on a burning clay pot. Open your mouth and let the smoke enter, but avoid inhaling it through your nose—just keep it in your mouth. Within minutes, all the cavities in your teeth will come out. This age-old remedy was used by our elders, but the current generation seems to have forgotten such traditional home solutions.

Children’s Teeth Are Being Damaged by Eating Chocolates

Anwar Ahmed, aged about 70, shared that all his teeth are still intact and healthy. He mentioned that people today neglect basic oral hygiene, like rinsing their mouth after meals or eating sweets. Nowadays, children frequently consume chocolates, leading to significant damage to their teeth. By the age of 10 to 12, children often face tooth decay due to cavities, requiring dental treatment or replacement of teeth.

Maintain Oral Health with Home Remedies

Anwar Ahmed suggests a simple method to deal with cavities. If someone has a cavity, it can be removed at home. First, buy onion seeds from the market. Then, light a fire and place a clay pot on it. Add the onion seeds, and let the smoke produced enter your mouth. Keep your mouth closed for a few minutes. Repeat this process two to three times, then rinse your mouth and spit the water into a container. You will see that the cavities have been removed and are visible in the water.

Summary: Use onion seed smoke as a traditional remedy to remove cavities at home. Poor oral hygiene and excessive sweets damage children’s teeth, requiring timely care.
