April 29 (Punjab Khabarnama) : A 16-year-old girl who had gone from home to take coaching was hit by an unknown vehicle and injured. He died during treatment. Giving information regarding the incident, Sub Inspector Jasveer Singh, in-charge of Sahnewal Police Station Kanganwal, said that in the statements given to the police, the girl’s father Radhe Shyam Banra, son of Singh Rai Banra told that his daughter Khushi is in the eleventh class of Government School, Jawahar Camp, Ludhiana. After school, she had gone from home to Sahnewal for coaching, but while returning at 5 pm, when she got down from the auto and started crossing the road, an unknown driver hit her. Due to this she got seriously injured. Radhe Shyam told that he got a call from someone from the incident site that the girl had met with an accident. On this he immediately reached the spot with his wife and took his daughter to the nearest hospital. Here Khushi died without enduring the pain of her wounds.
