Attendees were sensitized on the importance of mental well-being and the significance of timely intervention in crisis situations.
Techniques for staying stress-free during challenging times were discussed. Participants were educated on identifying symptoms of depression in themselves and others. Strategies for providing support to individuals grappling with mental health challenges were emphasized.
Attendees at the event pledged to prioritize mental well-being and vowed to seek emotional support in times of crisis. They also committed to extending assistance to those in distress before taking any drastic actions. As a tangible symbol of their commitment, plans were announced to install Jeevan board within the center, serving as a reminder of the collective responsibility towards mental health.
