Rupnagar, March 4 (Punjab khabarnama): The holy festival of Maha Shivratri was celebrated with great devotion, love and fanfare by the Brahma Kumaris yesterday at Rajyoga Center located in Sadbhavana Bhawan, Bela Chowk.
