4 lakh grant issued to 2 schools of Zira constituency for development work: Chand Singh Gill
Ferozepur/Zira , 8 February 2024 (Punjab khabarnama) :Chairman District Planning Committee Mr. Chand Singh Gill released an amount of Rs. 2 lakh from his discretionary fund Bandhan Mukt Fund for DPC for development work to Government Senior Secondary School Thattha Kishan Singh Block Zira and Government Middle School Sadhu Wala. An amount of Rs . 2 lakh was released to Block Zira for carrying out development work .
Chairman Mr. Chand Singh Gill said that the development work to be done with this amount will greatly benefit the general public. He said that good education and health are essential for a good society. He said that only if our schools are good in terms of development, the education of students can be good. He said that they will continue to issue grants for the development of schools in the future as well. On this occasion, the office-bearers of the schools thanked Chairman Mr. Chand Singh Gill.
On this occasion Nirmal Singh , Parminder Singh , Gursevak Singh , Kanwalpal Singh , Hitpal Singh Sidhu , Harjinder Singh Sarpanch Chiragwali , Harsevak Singh , Parminder Singh , Talwinder Singh Sandhu , Sukhbir Singh Sadhuwala , Jagrup Singh , Sukhpreet Singh and Jagdeep Kumar was also present.
