Hoshiarpur, 01 February (Punjab khabarnama):
On behalf of Hoshiarpur Central Cooperative Bank, an appointment letter distribution ceremony was organized in the main office of the bank, in which Cabinet Minister Punjab Bram Shankar Jimpa participated as the chief guest. On this occasion, the Cabinet Minister handed over appointment letters to the newly recruited 21 clerk-cum-data entry operators and wished them for their bright future. Congratulating the newly appointed youth, he asked them to fulfill their responsibilities with full honesty and devotion.
Addressing the gathering, the Cabinet Minister said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is providing permanent jobs to the educated youth on the basis of merit without any recommendation and bribe and till now the tenure of about two years. More than 42,000 government jobs have been given under the scheme and more than 12 thousand employees have been confirmed and their scale has been increased. During this, Bank Chairman Vikram Sharma expressed his gratitude to the Cabinet Minister for attending the appointment letter distribution ceremony. He said that Hoshiarpur Cooperative Bank stands first among the District Central Cooperative Banks of Punjab. He said that the bank is providing very good services to its customers.
On this occasion, Punjab Raj Cooperative Bank Director Parminder Singh Pannu, Mayor Surinder Kumar, AIG Naresh Dogra, Chairman Municipal Improvement Trust Harmeet Singh Aulakh, Jatinder Sharma, Satvans Singh Syan, Ashwani Saini, Manpreet Saini, Arjun Sharma, Executive Director Amarjeet Singh Purkhowal, Lakhanveer Singh, Director Davinder Kumar, Ranbir Singh, District Manager of the bank Lakhbir Singh, President of Employees’ Organization Beant Singh, Recovery Officer Karamveer Singh Bhalla, Senior Manager Naresh Kumar Pal and other bank employees were also present.
