Cabinet Minister laid the foundation stone of the tank, new solar system and water meter which is going to be built at a cost of Rs 27.67 lakh in village New Shanti Nagar

Cabinet Minister Punjab Bram Shankar Jimpa said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, no stone is being left unturned for the development of Punjab and especially for providing clean water to the people. He said that in just two years, maximum number of drinking water tube wells and water tanks have been installed in rural areas, which shows the priority of the government. He was addressing the residents of the area while laying the foundation stone of a 25 thousand liter tank, new solar system and water meter which is going to be built at a cost of Rs 27.67 lakh in New Shanti Nagar of Hoshiarpur.
The Cabinet Minister said that due to the construction of a water tank in the village, people will not have to face the problem of water after power failure because the capacity of the water tank is 25 thousand liters which is sufficient according to the population of the area. He said that along with this, solar system is also being installed so that people continue to get uninterrupted water even after power failure.
During this, Bram Shankar Jimpa also listened to the problems of the area residents and assured that the basic problems of the area will be resolved as soon as possible. On this occasion, Hoshiarpur Central Cooperative Bank Chairman Vikram Sharma Bobby, Gauseva Aayog member and councilor Jaspal Chechi, Axion Simranjit Singh Khamba, Ashok Kumar, Pritpal, Vijay Kumar, Sandeep Kumar, Sarpanch Ram Nath, Jassi Brar, Jassi, Pawan Kumar, Apart from Babbu, Sanju, Mohit, Deepa, Manu, Kamal, Tinku, Rummy, Sonu, Sunny, Rajeev Kumar, other dignitaries were also present.
