May 24 (Punjab Khabarnama) : A case of molestation of a girl has come to light in Rahaun area. City police station has filed an IPC against the accused Harman Singh on the complaint of the victim’s sister in this regard. Case registered under section 354, 354A of Indian Penal Code. According to the complainant, when she had come to her parents’ home to meet her parents, her younger sister told her that on May 11, their neighbor Harman Singh took her sister to the room and molested her. When she protested, he threatened her that if she went home and told him, she would have to face serious consequences. Due to which she remained silent. Today when his sister told him, he informed the family and lodged a complaint with the police. ASI is investigating the case. Gagandeep Kaur said that the police have registered a case.
