Mumbai, December 13, 2024 (Punjab Khabarnama Bureau) – Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh, who is in the news for his Dil-Illuminati concert, has once again received a notice. After the Telangana government, now the Chandigarh Child Rights Protection Commission (CCPCR) has issued an advisory to Diljit regarding his upcoming concert. In this advisory too, the singer has been forbidden from performing songs that promote alcohol or alcohol.
Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh is known for his hit songs and amazing performances. Ahead of his concert in Chandigarh on December 14, the Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CCPCR) has issued an advisory. The advisory prohibits Diljit from performing songs that promote alcohol or alcohol consumption. These include his famous songs Patiala Peg, 5 Taara Theke, and Case.
Actually, Diljit Dosanjh is going to perform a concert in Chandigarh on 14th December. Before this, CCPCR issued an advisory asking him not to sing songs that promote alcohol. The organisers have also been told not to call children on stage, as sound above 120 decibels can be harmful for children.
Let us tell you, earlier the Telangana government had objected to Diljit Dosanjh’s songs regarding his Hyderabad concert. There too, he was instructed not to call children on stage and not to sing songs promoting alcohol or drugs.
At present, there has been no response from Diljit Dosanjh on this advisory.
