However, recent photos of the couple from an event surfaced online, giving their fans a sigh of relief. Now, the I Want To Talk actor has opened up about the possibility of having a second child with Aishwarya Rai, following their daughter Aaradhya.
Abhishek Bachchan recently appeared as a guest on Riteish Deshmukh’s chat show, Case Toh Banta Hai, where he was playfully teased about having a second baby with Aishwarya Rai. Riteish jokingly pointed out that all their names start with the letter “A”—Amitabh, Aishwarya, Aaradhya, and Abhishek—and humorously asked, “Toh Jaya aunty aur Shweta ne aisa kya kar liya?” (What wrong have Jaya aunty and Shweta Bachchan done?) This comment left Abhishek laughing, and he responded in Hindi, “Yeh, aapko unse puchna padega. Par mujhe lagta hai yeh hamare ghar ki ek parampara ban gayi hai. Abhishek, Aaradhya…”
Riteish then teased Abhishek further, asking, “Aaradhya ke baad?” (After Aaradhya?) Abhishek replied, “Nahi abhi agli peedhi jo aayegi tab dekhenge na” (Now, we’ll see after the next generation comes). Riteish continued, joking, “Who will wait that much? Like Riteish, Riaan, Rahyl (his two sons), Abhishek, Aaradhya…” This made Abhishek blush, and he responded, “Umar ka lihaaz kiya karo, Riteish. Main tumse bada hoon” (Respect your elders, Riteish. I am elder to you). Riteish then ended the conversation by humorously touching Abhishek’s feet.
