11 october 2024 : Sushmita Sen took part in her annual Durga Puja ritual on Thursday evening, visiting a pandal in Mumbai with her boyfriend Rohman Shawl and daughter Alisah Sen. Dressed in a green printed top, she was seen kneeling in front of the idol to offer her respects and greet the priest. Afterward, she interacted with a group of women and children outside the pandal, promising to return as Rohman escorted her to the car.
Other celebrities, like Kajol and Rani Mukerji, also attended the pandal, reuniting with each other after years. Kajol caught up with Rani and veteran actress Jaya Bachchan, while Rani met Ranbir Kapoor, her co-star from Saawariya.
Sushmita’s latest project was Aarya season 3, where she played a homemaker turned gangster after her husband’s murder. The crime thriller was streamed on Disney+ Hotstar earlier this year, featuring Sikandar Kher and Ila Arun.
