The Cabinet Minister started road construction in Ward No. 1 at a cost of 25 lakh rupees
Hoshiarpur, February 10 (Punjab khabarnama) :
Cabinet Minister Punjab Bram Shankar Jimpa said that every facility is being provided to the people of the state close to their homes. He was addressing the journalists today while starting road construction at a cost of 25 lakh rupees in ward number one. During this time Mayor Surinder Kumar, Senior Deputy Mayor Praveen Saini and Deputy Mayor Ranjit Chaudhary were also present with him.
The Cabinet Minister said that basic facilities are being provided in every ward of the city. He said that development works of 20 crore rupees are being done by the Municipal Corporation of Hoshiarpur.
He said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Maan has now provided 42 thousand jobs to the youth in the state. More than 700 neighborhood clinics have been opened where all types of medicines and tests are being done free of charge. Apart from this, free medicines are being provided in all the civil hospitals of the state and no prescriptions are being sent to the doctors so that people do not have to face any problem. The people of the state have got 600 units of free electricity sitting at home. A new tehsil is being built in Hoshiarpur, apart from this many other development projects are going on. Councilor Rajni Dadwal and other dignitaries were also present on this occasion
