Faridkot, 16 July 2025 (Punjab Khabarnama Bureau) : According to a letter issued by the Director of the Animal Husbandry Department, the Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate had earlier imposed a ban on pigeon racing competitions in the district through an order dated June 20, 2025. However, District Magistrate Madam Poonamdeep Kaur has now issued a new order withdrawing the previous ban with immediate effect.
