Moga 26 March 2025 (Punjab Khabarnama Bureau): The Department of Employment Generation, Skill Development, and Training, Punjab, is providing vocational training to make youth eligible for jobs.
Mrs. Dimple Thapar, District Employment Generation, Skill Development, and Training Officer, Moga, informed that the online application portal for the Agniveer Army Recruitment Rally will remain open until April 10, 2025, and the computer-based written test is scheduled for June 2025. This time, the exam will also be conducted in Punjabi.
She stated that youth from Moga district who wish to join the Agniveer Army should register online at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in and report as soon as possible to C-PYTE Camp, Hakumat Singh Wala (Firozpur) for training.
Required Documents for Reporting to the Camp
- A copy of the online application
- Original and photocopy of the 10th certificate
- Punjab resident certificate
- Caste certificate
- Aadhaar card
- Photocopy of bank account details
- Two passport-size photos
- Notebook, pen, utensils for meals, bedding for stay
Candidates must report by 9 AM.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 17.5 to 21 years
- Chest measurement: 77 cm (without expansion) and 82 cm (with expansion)
- Height: 5 feet 7 inches
- Education Qualification:
- Minimum 45% marks in 10th grade or
- 12th-grade pass
During the stay at the camp, food and accommodation will be completely free, and no fee will be charged for physical or written exam preparation.
