Here’s an interesting story from her school days, when everything seemed fine until one day something happened that made her cry. But why?
When Aishwarya Rai was in 10th grade, many Bollywood actresses were also doing well in studies. Aishwarya was always a top student. She mentioned this in an interview with Rediff in 2000. She was the head girl of her school, and everyone admired her.

Seeing this, her friends and parents supported her. In 12th grade, Aishwarya scored 90% in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). Despite these marks, she couldn’t get admission to a medical college in Mumbai.

Aishwarya won the Miss World title in 1994. Three years later, in 1997, she appeared in the Tamil film Iruvar, and that same year, her first Hindi film Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya was released.
