17 october 2024 : Dell has launched the XPS 13, the latest model in its XPS series, featuring next-generation Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors, a Neural Processing Unit (NPU), and AI-optimized functionalities.
Key Features of the New Dell XPS 13
The standout feature of this laptop is its Neural Processing Unit, capable of executing up to 48 trillion operations per second (TOPS). This capability enhances various AI functions, including image and text generation and faster processing of photos and videos.
Additionally, the laptop incorporates Intel’s Arc Graphics, which boosts AI-accelerated content creation, making it suitable for tasks like video editing and graphic design.
The XPS 13 boasts a 13.4-inch InfinityEdge display with tandem OLED technology, promising improved brightness while also reducing power consumption. It is equipped with Dolby Vision and Eyesafe technology to help minimize eye strain.
With an impressive battery life of up to 26 hours, it is also the thinnest and most portable version of the XPS series, weighing only 1.2 kg.
