17 september 2024 : Delhi Minister and AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj stated on Tuesday that the chief minister’s position in Delhi rightfully belongs to Arvind Kejriwal. He emphasized that the mandate given to AAP in Delhi was specifically for Kejriwal.
Bhardwaj explained that while a new chief minister will assume the role temporarily, the mandate was for Kejriwal, who remains the rightful holder of the position. He likened the situation to how Bharat ruled in the absence of Lord Ram, indicating that one of the AAP members would take on the role until Kejriwal returns.
The name of Kejriwal’s replacement is expected to be announced today at noon following the AAP legislative party meeting.
