16 september 2024 : Hrithik Roshan and his girlfriend, Saba Azad, recently participated in the Ganpati Visarjan Aarti, a ritual performed to honor Lord Ganesha before submerging his idol at the end of Ganesh Chaturthi. The event, shared in a video by Hrithik’s elder sister Sunaina Roshan, also included his parents, Rakesh and Pinkie Roshan.
In the video, Hrithik wore a white t-shirt and pants, while Saba donned a traditional yellow salwar suit. They took turns performing the aarti in front of Lord Ganesha’s idol, with Rakesh in a white kurta-pajama and Pinkie and Sunaina in red sarees. Sunaina’s Instagram post featured the caption, “Ganpati Bappa Morya, thank you for always showering us with your endless blessings,” along with a nod to their traditional attire.
The Roshan family’s celebration received praise online. Pinkie expressed her admiration for Sunaina’s enthusiasm and devotion, while Saba complimented Sunaina and the family. Fans also commented positively, with one expressing a wish to meet Hrithik Roshan and another appreciating Sunaina’s dedication to preserving Vedic traditions.
Hrithik Roshan’s upcoming project is YRF’s War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji, featuring Kiara Advani and Jr NTR. The film is part of Aditya Chopra’s spy universe, which includes Pathaan, Tiger 3, and the forthcoming Alpha starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari.
