The Pakistan Wrestling Federation confirmed that not only has Ali Asad been banned for four years, but his bronze medal from the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games has also been taken back. An official stated, “The investigation by the International Testing Agency (ITA) revealed that he used performance-enhancing drugs during the competition.” Following this investigation, the decision was made to impose the ban on him.
