September 3, 2024: Indian shooters Nihal Singh and Aamir Ahmad Bhatt did not advance to the finals after finishing 10th and 11th, respectively, in the qualification round of the mixed 25-meter pistol (SH1) event at the Paralympics today. In the SH1 category, shooters can hold the gun without difficulty and can aim while standing or sitting. The Indian shooting team did not win any medals today for the second consecutive day, whereas they had won a total of four medals, including one gold, in the first three days.
