04 august 2024 : Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha has achieved notable box office success on its third day of release. This romantic drama, helmed by director Neeraj Panday, represents the tenth collaboration between actors Ajay Devgn and Tabu.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha earned ₹2.75 crore on its first Sunday after release. The film made ₹1.85 crore on its opening day and saw a slight increase on day 2, with collections of ₹2.15 crore. As of now, the film has not reached ₹6.75 crore in three days. According to the report, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha had a 13.42 percent Hindi occupancy on Saturday. The overall theater occupancy for morning shows was 6.12 percent, afternoon shows was 15.21 percent, evening shows was 18.19 percent, and night shows saw an increase at 14.17 percent. Originally scheduled for release on July 5, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha was delayed due to the box office success of Prabhas’s Kalki 2898 AD. The film spans a timeline of 20 years, from 2002 to 2023, with Shantanu Maheshwari and Saiee Manjrekar playing the younger versions of Ajay and Tabu’s characters
An extract from the Hindustan Times critique of the movie stated, “A bit of editing could have improved the viewing experience. Unfortunately, Neeraj Panday, who is also credited as a writer, went overboard. The final scene of the film conveys the message ‘Sometimes, it never ends…’ which perfectly encapsulates my sentiments towards the film at a certain juncture.
