Ludhiana, July 3 : The Postal department has introduced special envelopes for sending rakhis on time this year. Senior Postmaster Harjeet Singh mentioned that since Rakhi festival is on August 19, this year, the department has launched specially designed Rakhi envelopes at reasonable prices. These envelopes are available in the Post Offices under the Ludhiana City Division. There are two types of Rakhi envelopes with excellent strength, tear resistance, light weight, and elegant printability. These envelopes can be used to send rakhis not only within India, but also abroad. For sending rakhis and related items abroad, a special counter has been set up in the Head Post Office, Ludhiana.
This counter provides the facility of Custom Clearance, making the delivery process faster. To purchase Rakhi Envelopes and send Rakhi Mail in India or abroad, you can visit the Head Post Office, Ludhiana, or any nearest Post Office.
