Initially, there were reports that Gautam Gambhir was the only candidate who would give the interview. However, on Tuesday, several news agencies and publications reported that Gambhir has competition. In fact, the other candidate – WV Raman – gave his interview on Tuesday, just like Gambhir. Reports have further claimed that though there’s competition from Raman, Gambhir is set to be named Team India’s head coach.
