May 29 (Punjab Khabarnama) : Today marks two years since the murder of famous Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu aka Sidhu Moosewala. On this occasion, the late singer’s mother Charan Kaur has shared a very emotional post on social media. Recalling that dark day, she has written that of course I cannot see my son physically but I have been feeling it with the eyes of my mind for 2 years. She has also written that today is a very difficult day for her.
Charan Kaur wrote on Instagram, “Good son, today 730 days, 17532 hours, 1051902 minutes and 63115200 seconds have passed since you crossed the threshold of the house, the true fruit of my prayers and vows was lost from my womb by enemies without any fault and son, such darkness was created that after which even hope itself did not have the hope of the sun of hope rising. But son, Guru Maharaj was aware of your thoughts and dreams, for this son, my son spared me again, son, I and your father and Chota Veer will always maintain your presence in this world. Of course I cannot see you physically but I can feel you with my mind’s eyes, which I have been doing for these two years son. Today is a very difficult day son.”
There will be no big gathering this time
It is worth noting that on 29 May 2022, Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead in public. Sidhu Moosewala’s family and his well-wishers are constantly demanding justice. On the occasion of Sidhu’s first anniversary, a grand ceremony was organized in Mansa, in which a large number of people gathered. But this time there will be no such event. The late singer’s father Balkaur Singh had said a few days ago that due to the Lok Sabha elections, this time the anniversary gathering will be limited to the family only and no big gathering will be held.
