May 27 (Punjab Khabarnama) : Police of Thana Cantonment arrested two youths roaming with a stolen motorcycle during the blockade near Mahal bridge. A case has been registered against the arrested accused Lakhwinder Pal Sethi, son of Late Baldev Raj and Pawan Kumar, son of Rajpal, resident of Ghanpur Kale. During the raid on the trail of the accused, apart from recovering another stolen motorcycle and an Activa, the police have arrested the accused Chishal son of Baldev Raj, Vishal son of Satish Kumar and Honey son of Satish Kumar, resident of Vikas Nagar Chharta, who bought the stolen motorcycle.
The investigating officer said that during interrogation, these accused confessed that they had stolen the recovered motorcycles and Activa from different areas of the city. The investigating officer said that the accused will be presented in the honorable court and will be interrogated intensively during the 2-day remand.
