May 23 (Punjab Khabarnama) : Important news has come to light related to the case of Manvi’s death due to eating cake ordered online on her birthday. According to the information, on Wednesday, after two months, the samples of cake and viscera taken during post-mortem came from the forensic lab. It has been revealed that the cake did not contain poison. After this, the High Court has given bail to bakery owner Gurpreet Singh.
The victim’s family is still not satisfied with this report. The family says that the pathology report has not come yet. He says that it is possible that the real reason for the girl’s death may be revealed in that report and they may get justice. The maternal grandfather of the deceased girl said that he was surprised to see the report presented in the court because Manvi had died after eating the cake and there was a foul smell coming from the cake but nothing was found in the report.
Let us tell you that 24th March was Manvi’s 10th birthday. During this time, Maanvi’s health deteriorated after eating the cake ordered online. After this the girl was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead. The family requested the health department to take a sample of the cake and get it tested. Later, 3 people including the manager of the bakery were arrested.
