May 17 (Punjab Khabarnama) : While laying a water pipeline in Chamba Khurd village of the district, two cousins died tragically after getting buried under the soil while two youths are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Sub Inspector Paramjeet Singh, in-charge of Goindwal Sahib police station, said that the next action has been started by taking the bodies of the deceased in their custody. While digging 3 feet deep in village Chamba Khurd, 4 youths suddenly got buried under the soil. JCB by the land owner. With the help of the police, the four youths were pulled out of the mud. All four youths were admitted to a private hospital where doctors declared two cousins dead.
Mukhtyar Singh resident Raniwalah told that his son Jugraj Singh (20) and his nephew Pritpal Singh (18) had gone to lay the pipe. While digging the soil, his son and nephew got buried under the soil.
