Nook plays about using vote without fear and with understanding
Bathinda, April 13 (Punjab Khabarnama) : According to the guidelines issued by the District Election Officer Mr. Jaspreet Singh, Voter Registration Officer 094 Talwandi Sabo under the leadership of Sweep Team Talwandi Sabo under the leadership of Mr. Harjinder Singh Jassal, the Baisakhi Mela Talwandi will be held from April 11, 2024 under the voter awareness campaign. A special sweep center was established at Sabo. In which the sweep team Talwandi Sabo encouraged the general public to vote for the youth who have completed the age of 18 on 1 April 2024.
For this purpose, special pamphlets were printed and distributed to the general public regarding the methods of casting votes. Accordingly, the Natak troupe, authorized by the District Sweep Nodal Bathinda, also played street plays about using the vote fearlessly and with understanding at different places.
He said that the Election Commission has given a special opportunity to vote from April 1, 2024 to May 4, 2024 for citizens who have reached the age of 18 years. On this occasion, Sweep Nodal Officer Talwandi Sabo Shri Chandra Shekhar while congratulating the common people on Baisakhi encouraged them to vote more in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
