When the police asked Ajay if he knew them and that they were your lawyers, he denied. Advocate Kapil Sharma told a Hindi newspaper that when he went to meet his client (Ajay Yadav), no case was registered against him. The police brought him and kept him in the police station. When I arrived I was not allowed to meet him. Female IPS Anu Beniwal threatened and abused me. I was threatened that this police station is mine and I own it. Not only this, he was sent home with death threats. After this, my client was shown holding 54 liters of liquor and a case was registered under Section 34 Excise Act of IPC.
