Hoshiarpur , March 21(Punjab khabarnama) : Deputy Commissioner-cum- District Election Officer Komal Mittal said that during the Lok Sabha elections 2024, voters will be able to cast their votes using 12 other documents apart from photo identity card (EPIC) as their identity cards. He said that voters who do not have photo identity card (EPIC, also known as Voter ID card) can produce Aadhaar card , MGNREGA job card , bank or post office passbook with photo , issued under the scheme of the Labor Ministry. Health Insurance Smart Card , Driving License , PAN Card , Smart Card issued under NPR , Indian Passport , Pension documents with photo , issued by Central or State Governments or Public Sector Undertakings/Public Limited Companies. Gone Service ID Card (with photo) , MP/MLA/MLC. You can cast your vote using the official identity card issued by the Government of India and Unique Disability ID (UDID) issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
