Giving more information, Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav said that the arrested persons have been identified as Kuldeep Singh alias Ghugg resident of village Bittal Juggiyan and Avtar Singh alias Ladi resident of village Sangowal, Jalandhar.
