Hoshiarpur, 05 February (Punjab khabarnama) : Under the campaign ‘Aap Di Sarkar Aap De Dwar’, the Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann has launched a campaign in different villages of the district from February 6 to solve the problems of the common people at their doorstep. Camps will be set up. This information was shared by Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal while presiding over a meeting held with officials of different departments regarding advance arrangements of the camp in the District Administrative Complex.
Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that the objective of these camps is to provide benefits of various public welfare schemes to the common people near their homes and under one roof, to listen to the problems of the people and solve them on the spot. He instructed the officers of all departments to ensure disposal of eligible applications received during these special camps on priority basis. He instructed the officers of all the departments that no stone should be left unturned for the success of the camps so that the problems of the people can be solved as much as possible.
Giving information about the camps to be organized, the Deputy Commissioner said that about 30 camps will be organized daily in the villages and cities of five sub-divisions of the district, Hoshiarpur, Garhshankar, Tanda, Dasuha, Mukerian. He told that on February 6, villages of Thind, Jiya Sahota Kalan, Dulmiwal, Ward No. 2 Dasuha, Hamza, Bahlan, Ward No. 2 Garhdiwala, Village Ghago Roadwali, Dugri, Kunel, Ward No. 1 Garhshankar in Garhshankar Sub Division, on February 6. Chak Raunta, Bahamian, Ajjowal in Hoshiarpur sub-division, Ravidas Nagar Adamwal, Haripur, Chagran, Ward No. 3 Hoshiarpur, Ward No. 2 Hoshiarpur, Ward No. 1 Sham Chaurasi, Aamdwal Garhi and Aabhowal, Sahoda Dadiyal, Ludhiari, Chakkiyal in Mukerian sub-division. People’s problems will be solved on the spot by organizing camps in Gera Baba Isha and Shahpur, Chanauta, Kang, Kathana in sub-division Tanda.
Deputy Commissioner said that 43 different types of government services will be provided during these camps, which include birth certificate, income certificate, scholarship to the children of beneficiaries, residence certificate, certificates of scheduled and backward categories, old age, disabled and dependent pension. , Beneficiaries related to construction workers, change of name in birth certificate, payment of electricity bills, investigation of revenue department records, marriage registration, multiple copies of death certificate, certified copies of documents, rural area certificate, making Fard, Common caste certificate, Shagun scheme, land verification, counter application for NRI certificate, counter signature of police clearance certificate, change in death certificate etc. are included.
