Addressing the occasion, Cabinet Minister Sardar Harbhajan Singh said that roads have a big contribution in the development of the state. He said that road construction is expected for the convenience of farmers, traders and industrialists in the state. Mr. Harbhajan Singh said that the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann is paying special attention to strengthening the infrastructure of the state, in which special attention is being given to health, education as well as roads. He said that just two days ago, the historic road connecting Amritsar to Taran Taran, which had not been approved by any government for 30 years, had been ordered to be widened by the Chief Minister Saman at a cost of 70 crore rupees. has been started He said that among the roads which have been started today, the eight kilometer long and 18 feet wide road from Khajala to Tarsikka Dehriwal will be completed at a cost of five crores, including residential areas near Interlock and Khujala, Tarsikka and Bus stands will also be built in Deriwal. Similarly, the 16 km long road of Jabbowal Tangra Ekalgadda will be completed in the next 11 months, with which the people of the area will get great relief.
