The orders state that cyber cafes A register should be kept for the record of the identity of the person using the facilities . Cyber Cafe Identification of the person coming and using should be done by looking at his identity card , voter card , ration card , driving license , passport , credit card etc. The person located in the cyber cafe will manually enter his name , home address , telephone number and proof of identity and sign the register. orders It is also stated that if the activity of any person visiting the cyber cafe seems suspicious to the owner of the cyber cafe, he will inform the concerned police station.
