 In the office of Amritsar Sub-Registrar -3 yesterday, I.F.S. Deputy Commissioner Mr. Ghansham Thori has recommended to lodge an FIR with the police against the woman who paid for the fake registry by telling the officer. Along with this, he FCR. A letter has also been written to all the concerned registrars regarding their role. The Deputy Commissioner has suspended Gurdhir, a servant of the department related to this matter and filed a charge sheet.

 Mr. Thori, in a written letter to the Commissioner of Police, said that a request was made by Mrs. Sudha Bhandari in person that the property of her daughter Rachita Bhandari, which is located at village Her, District Amritsar, has been occupied by unauthorized parties. When this matter was investigated by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Amritsar -2 , it was found that 40 registrations have been made by the concerned parties in violation of the Registration Act 1908 . In the investigation, it was revealed that the buyer Sher Singh , unknown Vechwal , guarantor Navis Ashwani Kumar , witness Rupinder Kaur , witness James Hans , private worker Narayan Singh alias Shera working in the court complex have been found guilty. Against whom the Registration Act 1908 and I.P.C. An FIR should be filed under the penalty under the Act. He wrote in the letter that action has been recommended against the private act of Vasika Navis Sanjeev Duggal. But initially, no involvement of Sanjeev Duggal was revealed, if any involvement of Mr. Sanjeev Duggal Wasika Navis is found during the police investigation, then action should be taken against him as per rules.
