Singham Again: The iconic cop persona of Bajirao Singham portrayed by Ajay Devgn is set to reappear in Rohit Shetty’s highly anticipated film, “Singham Again.” The eagerly awaited first look of the ‘Zakhmi sher (injured lion)’ Ajay Devgn was revealed on Tuesday, marking the resurgence of the revered character.
Sharing his glimpse from the action-packed film on Instagram, Ajay Devgn captioned, “He is mighty. He is power. He is danger. He is strength. Singham will roar again!”
The first look:
Ajay’s initial portrayal from the movie is nothing short of intense. The striking poster showcased Ajay encircled by flames alongside a lion. Fans were quick to react, expressing awe and excitement, with comments like “Awesome, great, fantastic” flooding in response to the compelling image.
Filmmaker Rohit Shetty also shared the look of Ajay, known as Bajirao Singham, in “Singham Again.” Alongside the reveal, Shetty penned, “Sher aatank machaata hai, aur zakhmi sher tabaahi! Everyone’s favourite cop, Bajirao Singham is back!… Singham Again…(A lion creates terror, and a hurt lion creates havoc).”
The ensemble cast:
The film boasts an ensemble cast featuring prominent names such as Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone, all unveiling their character posters in recent times.
Kareena Kapoor’s portrayal as Avni Singham was revealed earlier this month. Sharing the post by Rohit Shetty, Kareena expressed her excitement, signaling her return to the cop universe.
Rohit Shetty reminisced about their long-standing collaboration, highlighting Kareena’s unwavering simplicity and dedication over the 16-year association.
In October, Deepika Padukone, a new addition to Shetty’s cop universe, introduced her character, Shakti Shetty. Having previously collaborated in “Chennai Express” and a cameo in “Cirkus,” Deepika’s inclusion sparked further anticipation among fans.
Tiger Shroff joined the Singham saga, announcing his role as ACP Satya in an Instagram post, expressing his commitment to the franchise.
