Fazilka 7 February (Punjab khabarnama) : The Aap Di Sarkar Aad Dwar campaign launched by the Punjab government led by Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann has yielded meaningful results on the first day itself. A large number of people got the benefit of government schemes on the spot in the camps organized under this campaign. Manpreet Singh had filed a complaint in the camp at village Dhandi Kadim that his electricity meter was burnt, on which the Electricity Corporation installed his meter within two hours after taking immediate action. Similarly, in almost every camp, dozens of people are getting the benefit of government services on the spot and various certificates are being given hand to hand.
Mr. Jagdeep Kamboj Goldi, MLA of Jalalabad, said that he himself has visited these camps and seen that people are getting services on the spot and certificates are being made hand to hand. He urged people to take maximum advantage of these camps.
Giving more information in this regard, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal said that on the first day of February 6, people convenience camps were organized at 12 places in the district under this campaign, during which 570 complaints of various types were received, out of which 350 were resolved on the spot. Similarly, 1116 applications were given by the people in these camps to get various government services, out of which 482 were disposed of on the spot and these services were provided on the spot. Some services have to be verified, due to which the outstanding services will be made available within the stipulated time frame by the government after completing the process.
Manpreet Singh, a resident of village Dhandi Kadeem, expressing his happiness at the installation of meters in just two hours, strongly praised the initiative of the government and said that if the work starts in this way, the people will have more convenience. He said that many people like him got the benefit of various schemes in the camp in his village.

The Deputy Commissioner is also taking feedback by calling the people who have reached the camps
The Deputy Commissioner of Fazilka, Dr. Senu Duggal, is taking feedback from the people coming to the public welfare camps by calling the phone numbers registered in the camp. He himself also called many people and asked if they faced any kind of problem. Similarly, some people were called by the staff of the Deputy Commissioner’s office and their feedback was taken.
