However, UPI service will be closed for two days during this month, due to which people will not be able to transact through UPI. HDFC Bank’s UPI service will be closed for these two days
HDFC Bank has told its customers that they will not be able to use the bank’s UPI service for two days in November. According to information received from the bank’s website, HDFC Bank’s UPI service will be closed for two days in November due to some necessary system maintenance. Customers using HDFC Bank’s UPI service will neither be able to send nor receive money through UPI on November 5 and November 23.
When will the UPI service be closed?
HDFC Bank said that the bank’s UPI services will be closed for 2 hours from 12.00 am to 02.00 am on November 5 and then for 3 hours from 12.00 am to 03.00 am on November 23. The bank has said that during this time, no financial and non-financial UPI transactions will be possible on HDFC Bank’s current and savings accounts as well as Rupay cards. Apart from this, shopkeepers who accept payments through HDFC Bank’s UPI service will also not be able to accept payments during this time.
