Senior advocate Rajeev Dutta stated, “This is a separate case of harassment… The World Championship is approaching. Training will also be necessary.” However, the court questioned Punia regarding his refusal to provide samples for testing and remarked, “If you do not undergo testing, how will they allow you to compete?” The court has scheduled the next hearing for October.
