May 21 (Punjab Khabarnama) : The increase in incidents of robbery and theft is a matter of concern. With the force of arms, 6 unknown persons targeted the private employee and snatched away 2 mobile phones, purse and important documents and ran away. The victim has lodged a complaint with the Sarhali police station and demanded justice.
Giving information, Komalpreet Singh, son of Ranjit Singh, resident of Mahal, said that he is posted as an employee in a private cement company. At around 12.30 pm, he was going from village Mall Mohri towards Dhotian on his motorcycle. On the way, near village Shingarpur, six unknown persons riding a motorcycle surrounded him. He had two revolvers. With the force of arms, unknown persons snatched the purse (which contained Rs 1,500, ATM card, motorcycle keys, important documents), 2 mobile phones and fled away. He has registered the information about this entire incident with the police of Sarhali police station.
